Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or style changes within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
How to Exchange:
- Please contact our customer service team at exchange.twirlclub@gmail.com to request an exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. If your requested size or color is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store credit.
Exchange Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item for an exchange.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
