Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery for domestic orders, and 14 days for international orders.

How to Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns.twirlcub@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Items that have been altered (e.g., hemmed, dyed) cannot be returned.
